What drives me to do this work?

What drives me is witnessing communities transform through access to clean water, regenerative agriculture, and apiary projects.

I'm motivated by the opportunity to amplify local voices and ensure our work genuinely reflects the needs and aspirations of the people we serve.

What inspires and motivates me to do this work?

What inspires me most about WMO2H is our commitment to learning and growing together with the communities we serve.

Every conversation with the communities about their harvest, every child turning on a tap for clean water, every beekeeper sharing their success story, and especially the bonds formed by women working on shared projects reminds me why this work matters.

Many of these women are older and often living alone in rural villages. These projects give them more than just income. They create genuine community, dignity, and belonging.

It's equally powerful to see communities launching their own reinvestment initiatives. Knowing that our community-driven approach creates meaningful change today while building local capacity and long-term sustainability is what keeps me passionate about this work.
